I wish the Friends of Broomhill to treat all donations and subscriptions I have made in the past four years, and will make from the date of this declaration, as GIFT AID, until I notify FOB otherwise. I am a UK taxpayer and I understand that if I pay less income tax and/or capital gains tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on my donations in that tax year it is my responsibility to pay any difference. I agree to my details being held securely by Friends of Broomhill and being sent to HMRC. They will be used for processing Gift Aid and for no other purpose and will be retained for as long as required under the relevant Finance Act and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations 2018
